Data retention

Uploaded files and OCR outputs are retained so you can revisit jobs, download artifacts, and audit usage.

Authenticated users can delete individual jobs from the dashboard, which removes associated storage objects when possible.

Anonymous trial jobs may be purged on a shorter schedule. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention windows.

Account records and billing history are kept as required for security and financial compliance.
